The Nosaki Tickets™ 2012 version offers three new functionalities:
When a new ticket is integrated into the system, an e-mail is sent to the system administrator. This option is configurable. It is very useful for environments where only a small number of tickets are generated, but where EVERY ticket must be treated.
Deadline for tickets
It is possible to assign a dealine to any ticket. This allows to better manage the obsolescence of tickets.
Alarm for out-of-date tickets
An e-mail is sent to the system administrator to indicate that some tickets are out-of-date. This notification is fully configurable.
