In Nosaki Tickets™, every event becomes a ticket and is classified according to parameters such as:
- Date and time of event
- Initiator of the event

- System impacted by the event
The solution preserves all the history of the evolution of the tickets.
Nosaki Tickets™ easily adapts to your environment and your working methods. Parameters can be freely configured by the system administrator, even after the initial operation of the product (updated dynamic interface).
To facilitate the handling of the system by users, Nosaki Tickets™ can be delivered in the form of pre-configured systems.
Nosaki Tickets™ is an application server that requires the prior installation of Apache Tomcat 6.x. It works on the following environments: Windows, Linux, UNIX. Access to the various screens of the application is done using a web browser.
Nosaki Tickets™ uses JAVA technology. So it fits almost all existing platforms. The database is MySQL by default. Versions running on Oracle or SQL Server are available as options.
